Not all projects have to be extensions or new dwellings as this enquiry illustrated.  Our clients were relocating from London and had already undertaken a pre-application for a detached garage that raised a few concerns. Our involvement was to assist our client in obtaining a planning consent for a new detached double garage and following a further pre-application we were able to nurture a positive dialogue with the Local Authority. 
We also advised our client on the need for specialist consultants with regards to works around protected trees who were able to positively engage with the Local authority officers.
The result was a design that was supported by landscape and planning that led to a planning consent that our client was very pleased with.
