This was my first time at any building work. Suki came to my home and explained the process. The cost of his services was fully explained. He listened to what I wanted. He measured the whole house and drew up some rough plans to ensure he understood what I wanted. Once this was agreed Suki arranged for a structural surveyor who advised on what was required. He drew up formal plans. The certificate of lawful development was obtained and has arranged for building regulations. Suki even suggested a couple of builders. One of which I am using now as the building work has been going on for the past 2 weeks. and I am pleased with the progress.
